Exposure to Second-Hand Cigarette Smoke

Between 1989 and 1999 the National Research Bureau prepared four reports for the Department/Ministry of Health on people's smoking behaviour and attitudes to smoking and environmental tobacco smoke.

This 2001 survey updates some of the previous readings on the exposure of adults to second-hand smoke. The measurements relate primarily to exposure within workplaces but also cover general exposure outside workplaces.
