Tobacco Returns

Annual Tobacco Returns filed by manufacturers and importers pursuant to section 35 of the Smoke-free Environments Act 1990.

Regulation 36 of the Smoke-free Environments Regulations 1999 provides guidance on the form for returns and reports.

An annual return relates to the calendar year (January to December).
